Upper management is useless and never respect the staff . They have posted core values of the company all over the hotel but never follow nor respect core values. they look at local staff in yellowknife as 2nd class, there surveys and townhall meetings is a joke.

Provide staff housing and staff meal. Lots of politics among co-workers and among management.

Staff housing is not in livable condition. Staff meal is only food that they cannot sell in their restaurant.
