The Phoenix location has a smaller team, so they aren't able to take on as many clients.

The opportunities to make money is there for the working for. I walked out twice last week with more than $150 cash from sales bonus at end of day. When I left to tend to family, I called the day I was ready to come back and the answer was a resounding yes with a get your butt to work Monday! The people are great from day one. Managers are super real about goals and expectations. They are all encouraging and problem solvers. Owner is a doll and I look forward to seeing her. I have integrity in myself and in my company. So great to be appreciated! Crazy $$ and crazy opportunity for advancement!! Every friend I have in the state has or does work for this company.
