      They pay good commission $175 per lease, benefits, My boss/property manager was great but regional manager was terrible

      Cons

      You will kill you back lifting packages, regional manager was terrible, they didn’t pay overtime, you had to work weekends, and they never brought in any outside help(staffing agency) if anyone called out or was sick,
