Very dishonest - Sales Consultant The First Group Employee Review

A very dishonest company. No place to work if you have a conscience and want to sleep at night. Clients are brought to the sales office by representatives annoying people arriving at the airport and telling them anything needed to get them into the sales office. We would apply extreme pressure to get them to sign a contract straight away, before they could do any research, and get a deposit straight away, This could take all day. They will almost certainly cancel as soon as they research the company but it's too late by then. TFG do not refund anything (despite being told they would get a refund if they cancel), and do not pay commission on cancellations.
