Like any busy nursing home, some shifts can be demanding, particularly during periods of high occupancy. Continued recruitment and retention of staff would help reduce workload pressures and further enhance the work environment.

For 3 years that I have been working in this company I can see growth and endless chasing of excellence. for which TFF becomes exceptional and difficult to par with other nursing homes. Personally I have experienced the company's support and my backbone during my job transition and help me evolve gracefully to become the best version of me. That gesture of kindness empowers me to offer the quality of service to my residents and remain dedicated to my calling as a nurse. They also provided good meal when we are on duty and open avenues for us to explore and engage. TFF also did NOT FAIL to notice best performing employees and acknowledges them in their own especial way.
