Pros
I loved my coworkers, scheduling was flexible, and I had most week nights off.
Cons
Management did not do well with team building, or hiring on reliable employees. Numerous times people would show up late or not show for a shift and there would be no reprimand at all besides a manager quickly yelling at them then moving on.
