The location and building are nice. Most colleagues are welcoming and efficient. The mission is also very inspiring.
Cons
Management is inapt in motivating its employees to work in a healthy environment. Lack of professionalism and ability to manage people in a human and nice way. Becomes toxic with the lack of leadership, vision, processes and motivation to do better. Is not open to improvement and criticism either.
