Pros

For the most part, everyone is very kind here. The work is very easy. There are many cultures here and overall the day to day is loose and fun.

Cons

No HR!!!!!! Over 5 employees have quit to protect their mental health from this place. Quality documents are faked and forged before audits! Things are only taken seriously when they are at their worst and about to break down or fall apart. The building is in constant repair. Favoritism is played in upper management: the entire managerial department is made up of a bunch of yes men and two-faced brown nosers who don't hesitate to talk smack or leak private information throughout the company the second any meeting ends. There is no loyalty to anyone here. Customers are also ripped to shreds and degraded when the phone is hung up. It's a very unprofessional environment. The attitudes of most people they put in upper management are repulsive, misogynistic egoists. It can, and has been an abusive environment to work in on many occasions- and because there is no HR, nothing is done by it. Benefits are decent but will take half your paycheck for coverage. It's cheaper to buy private! They do not offer growth for positions unless they need you to fill a role in a pinch (i.e. the lead Engineer becoming head of Quality with zero experience simply because they didn't want to pay to hire a real one after the other one quit.)
