The Fresh Market picks and chooses who they want to discipline some team members can watch sports on their phone, come to work smelling like marijuana show up to work 30 minutes late everyday, wear whatever uniform they want and there is literally no discipline probably because they are dating a member of the management team but then other people get terminated for one violation, managers make discipline personal and not fact-related
