Pros

Chaos is a ladder. If you're willing to step over your coworkers and lie to clients, you can make some money. Embrace the cognitive dissonance.

Cons

Other than the fact that every founding partner has jumped ship, they now claim to be breaking down and rebuilding the entire company...without a single BIPOC individual in the mix. Upon any examination it's clear, these folks just don't get it.

Pros

I love The Frontier Project portfolio of companies. It's a work environment where I am encouraged to challenge myself to be my best self. We are a -- practice what you preach -- environment so when we ask our clients to be agile, we ask each other to be agile. When we ask our clients to have courage to try new things, we ask each other to have courage to try new things. When we ask our clients to challenge their habits and rethink their purpose, we ask each other to challenge our habits and rethink our purpose. It's an incredible place where I use my brain and think harder and differently everyday. This place has literally made me smarter and I am forever grateful for that gift.

Cons

Our company encourages autonomy and is deliverable driven. In order to thrive here you have to be able to know how to drive yourself forward, self manage your time (meaning protect it too), and be insanely open to giving and receiving constant feedback. Though that may not sound like a con, but I think for many people it is. You can't hide here and fly under the radar. So if you don't have a lot of self confidence and stamina in the face of change this environment can be very hard to be in for an extended period time.
