The Full Frame Initiative is working to create a social movement built on the idea that people have the right to wellbeing- the needs and experience that everyone have for health and hope.

There are no cons to working for this company!

The only pro I can think of is if this organization shutters and stops parachuting into broken communities claiming to be this new change that will rethink systems.

If “try hard” was an organization, this one would be it. The founder is so far removed from how toxic her leadership is for employees below her. Leadership is nothing but a clueless shield and the org itself is all talk and no real action. It’s yet another organization using marginalized groups to perpetuate an endless cycle of harm for money. They don’t want to fix the problem as long as they can profit off of it.
