- Free snacks available. - Convenient location close to the MTR station. - Casual wear attire. - Start with 17 days annual leave and guaranteed 13th-month salary.

Cons

- Don't expect any salary review or bonus. - Poor medical benefits.   - Cancellation of the work-from-home policy, reducing flexibility. - Peculiar reporting structure have turned the work environment into a nightmare. - Management style and cultural expectations are difficult to align with. - Difficulties in building a productive working relationship with the management team. - Untrustworthy and unprofessional team, frequently providing negative feedback behind employees' backs. - Constructive criticism is non-existent; instead, employees face constant belittlement and micromanagement.

Pros

Friendly colleges & full-supplied pantry. Ownership to try different thing & lean as it’s a small company

Cons

Management is not listening to people and doesn't have qualified skills to lead the company operation. Only tell you we're a start-up as excuse whenever there's any non-sense thing. Likes window dressing. As long as you please management with window dressing skills instead of doing real work, they'll think you’re outperforming. So cc them & run to them and speak every little daily operation thing. management ask you to do their way of working even though it's proved not working after 3 years management will text in group chat & expect to work 24/7 so you won’t have personal life. Management will text in group chat to directly challenge a certain associate

Pros

It is a small team where you can see the outcome of your effort and decision. Open office environment with a young and easy-going team. A lot of opportunities for growth and new exposure. Ambiguous business direction, it is a pros and also cons. It works for those who have the mindset and energy to spearhead changes, but it won't work for those who want to be told what to do.

Cons

Employees' benefits are below average. Staff are required to clock in and out each day.
