Your colleagues are some of the most dedicated and professional people you will ever encounter. They care tremendously for the original mission and the community.
Cons
The new "leadership, " including the "president" exploits their kind-hearted employees. They steal ideas, implement them, and then fire the ones who create them so they don't have to compensate you for them. The company was once about community and uplifting those who have been marginalized, now it is a "product," to be sold to anyone willing to pay for it.
