Fast-Paced Environment: This is not a con for me as I enjoy the ever-changing nature of our work, but this is something to highlight. We work fast and with tight turnarounds at times. We use the term "hustle," but we work to provide the best outputs for our clients within a given time frame. Sometimes this means work may bleed over the traditional 9-5 hours, but we are encouraged to balance our hours to maintain a work-life balance. I've held various roles within TGG and have been a part of its evolution over the past few years. No growth is without bumps in the road, but I am truly proud to be a part of this team.
