Supportive staff and management, flexible hours, great work environment.

Most restaurants are seasonal, lose a lot of business in the wintertime and therefore you don't make as much money.

Co workers and some mid management were great.

Pay is terrible. the pay range was 12-15$ an hour. They didn't pay anyone $15, regardless of degree or years experience. Tips were pooled but one of the managers from another property had sticky fingers. We hated when she was in charge.
