Pros

This company really values their people. The onboarding process has been the most positive experience I have ever have. I am excited to be on this team and really appreciate their values, faith, and mission.

Cons

The team is growing so quickly that there are delays in HR getting back to candidates, and employees. This is the largest organization that I have worked for so it has been a little of learning curve to give people at least 5+ business days to reply to emails or voicemails.
