3yIt is concerning to read a review that misrepresents the culture, passion and successes of the team at Goat.
We support Goats to help them achieve a strong life work/life balance. This is a top priority for Goat. While the nature of marketing will occasionally require long hours or weekend working, we have a package of policies including enhanced annual leave, investment in wellbeing benefits such as HEKA, and TOIL. We empower our employees to take control of their lives.
Goat invests significantly in training schemes to ensure our managers are capable motivators and leaders. We develop talent who thrive on being self-starters and delivering the best possible results for our clients and themselves. Our culture is one of autonomy and accountability, so blame passing and micromanagement simply is not part of Goat’s DNA.
