They set you up for failure. They were not upfront with the important tasks they wanted to see accomplished on a daily basis. It wasn't until 2 weeks before the 90 day review that I got any sort of feedback from higher management. Huge communication delay from UK to US team that makes it hard to collaborate in real time. You'll notice they pick favorites here and even when you show constant improvement on a daily basis if you don't put in all this extra hours they will cut you. Felt underpaid for the amount of work I had to do. They overstretch the amount of work per employee and the pod structure is very undeveloped. Most of the time employees were late to meetings because there was an insane amount of work needed to get done. Company practices were borderline unethical. Absolutely do not recommend working here.
