Pros
- leadership has no direction and sell in deals before actually looking at resource -overpromise / underdeliver -no work/life balance employees are unhappy but don't say anything -mis-sold job offer and clients often told to just 'do the work' rather than listen to problems - weekend working with no compensation - just do it sort of attitude rathe than helping - other managers don't listen to each other - very cutthroat - no progression - inner group of people that have been there a long time run the show with no interest in juniors or new starters - everyone is tired because of the amount of work - they do not listen to the concerns of the employees as long as the client is happy (which most of the time they aren't) -

Really terrible place to work. I had to leave due to the job affecting my MH and depression. Do not work here.
