Pros

- Remote/Hybrid Work - Allowance to set-up WFH - Good name on the CV to find another job, but I wonder for how much longer (?)

Cons

Even in ones most desperate times, I'd rather recommend to go on universal credit than to work for GOAT. You will *NOT* progress at this agency unless you're already friends or family with upper-management or upper-management thinks you're "cool." The amount of work, is ridiculous and you're expected to work outside of your contracted times and weekends included. If you don't do this, don't expect to pass your probation period. If you think you're doing well, while working for GOAT despite knowing your own limits and taking care of your work-life balance, you'll find out you're not a few days before your probation comes to an end. If you're "lucky" they will extend it so you can hussle for another 30 days before they ask you to leave. The reviews you'll receive from your manager are super subjective. One of the the questions in my review were "Willingness to work outside office-hours." If you're interested in excelling in the Influencer Marketing business, treat carefully. The amount of money you offer to influencers are massively under-industry norm. The reason for this is GOAT's margin which is above industry standards. You're pushed to get high quality content as cheap as possible and this makes building relationships with Influencers very hard as you keep promising them "For the next campaign, I'll have more budget - I promise!" The proof of performance that is being sent to brands/companies are Google Sheets. This is for a reason as if the numbers are not hit organically they will either push content with paid-media or just come up with a "realistic" number. The pay does not reflect the amount of work. It isn't even appropriate for a 9 to 5 job. Don't bother bringing any issues up for HR. They usually say HR works for the employer not the employee but no other company makes this statement as truthful as GOAT is. The bottom line is, I wouldn't even recommend this company to my dearest enemy and never have I been more happy to quit before this job became my 13th reason.
