      There's a real issue when a discount is the only pro of a job

      Cons

      - GMs and Senior Managers are out of touch with stores. They constantly b**** about others while flaunting designer clothes and talking openly about all their investments while majority of workers can't afford health insurance. - Pay is below market and you are stretched because you are expected to wear so many hats that don't belong to you. - GMs and Senior Managers protect each other so the company will never grow or evolve.
