      Pros

      It's great getting to know the residents and the facilities and grounds are very clean

      Cons

      TOXIC ENVIRONMENT! Worst morale of any company I've experienced (I've been in healthcare a long time), poor management, backstabbing, drama-ridden, under paid compared to other employers in town (tack that on with OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive health insurance), worse turnover than other healthcare facilities. I could go on and on and on........it's BAD!

      My Short time working with them was great they were very open with their expectations from me and there was always a line of communication with my corporate representative.
