      Pros

      Learned a lot about the trade from plumbers & heating contractors when in store . Had a lot of great interactions with my customers. Built life long connections .

      Cons

      No room for growth , especially for women ! Management was not open to training and allowing women to be anything more than sales.

      Company seems to care about the employees, a lot of freedom and trust, the right kind of challenging.

      They staff tightly making things stressful when one person is out.

      Good Pay Structure Autonomy to run your territory like its you own business Decent Healthcare benfits Opportunity to grow internally

      Cons

      You pay for your own gas, wear and tear on your car Sales management is a joke. Very out of touch Do not stock nearly as much as local competition Alot went down hill after private equity investment
