If this company was ever bought out by professionals, it could be a good place to work. The people, excluding the owners, are good hard working people who are trying their best.
Cons
Toxic environment. Owners only cares about themselves and their image. Expansion and image are top priority, despite company having no foundation to support it. Because pay and benefits are so bad, managers are usually under qualified and have no support from leadership. People are seen as numbers and let go whenever the owners feel like it. Employees walk out consistently because they are treated so poorly. Employees that give notice aren’t asked why and are considered to be losers who are replaceable. If you know people who work here, help them find jobs, they are looking.
