      The working hours are flexible, each working day brings new challenges, there is a relaxed working atmosphere, and the owner doesn't micro-manage.

      Cons

      I have a 30 minute drive one way. The business climate that we and our clients work in is being slow to recover which translates to us not being as busy as we have been in years past.
