      Lots of exclamation points in their daily notes.

      Cons

      There’s horrific writing on the site but if you follow their very strict SEO rules they’ll allow it. It’s a mill… quantity over quality. Don’t do it

      Pros

      I don't think there are any pros, especially with the management that they have today.

      Cons

      No career growth. Zero transparency, They just exploit their employees to work more for less pay. Not a healthy place to work, as they would just fire you without warning.
