Cons
The corporate is a new and highly developing one. They are trying to make a professional definition for it but it is still junk street food. Too many oral, written exams and audits that puts you under tremendous pressure as well as your original duties that are already overrated. They want everything ideal in front of the customers. Meanwhile there isn't any sort of compensation. All the money goes to the directors and the managers a like +100k/ year while you will make 13-14k. They can replace you anytime if they want and they keep saying that. They let everyone in the store go home before due time just to save money for the owner. Imagine the manager and the shift leader are serving the line after they let everyone home.
