      They listen and they coach - management is interested in their teams and they work hard to keep them engaged.

      Cons

      The drive was a bit long for me - I don't like to drive in heavy traffic and this was really the only option I had due to the geography of the region.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
