Great Flexibility in terms of schedule, Good Pay, Cusp of "Great" benefits, great opportunity for younger skilled professionals to make an impact, lots of different types of work that need to be done.
Cons
Increased effort to make the organization less horizontal, many of the operational leaders only consider communication with their superiors a priority, culture of poor internal customer service.
