Pros
Great Benefits, excellent starting salary. Training is thorough and very helpful. Management is laid back and extremely helpful. I recommend working at this company.
Cons
So far it can be very hard to keep up with all of the training and terminology. Though this is difficult at times management does their best to make sure that you are able to learn effectively.
