Pros
Great coworkers who were willing to help the new guy learn the ropes. Its a good size company, but small enough you can get to know a lot of people in different departments. Hard work but rewarding.
Cons
No formal training program at all. Had to piece it together myself. They rarely promote from within. You will regularly see them hire from outside instead of promote.
