      Turnover is high, workload is extensive and above industry norms, no urgency to fill positions, department continues to distribute additional workload on existing staff, they don't like to promote, bonus is less than competitors

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
