Pros
It is wonderful when you know the company you work for cares about you as a person & your well being - that is the impression I get with Hanover. Have been with Hanover for less than a year. The atmosphere is very inclusive. Hanover has taken every precaution to make sure that if employees need to get back into the office, they are safe. Opportunities are provided for innovation & growth. People at Hanover are great to work with.
Cons
None so far. Health insurance was not that great but that is changing soon so this will no longer be an issue.
