Pros
The business resource groups that have been created supporting various minorities and their allies shows a dedication to inclusion and diversity that isn't common in corporate America. Most everyone you encounter is incredibly nice and willing to help. The virtual setting did not affect the collaborative culture at The Hanover.
Cons
Some people in management have big egos, and they seem to get promoted and praised just for that.
