Pros
The benefits are by far the best of any place I've ever worked. The paid time off is extremely generous - three weeks vacation, family support time, floating holidays, and sick time. It's not all put together in the "paid time off" category that other employers use. The health insurance is really good, too.
Cons
It is often very difficult to get the information that I need to do my job effectively. Everything is in the "i-bank," but you need a PHD in how the "I-bank" is organized in order to find the specific piece of information that you need, whether it be guidelines for a program, a filing, or a Hanover-specific form that you need to reference. Most of the people in my department are very new, so there's very little bench strength present for assistance with questions that come up.
