      37.5 hours required per week are nicer than 40 hours Even interns can set strategy

      Incompetent, clique based employees, management just cant take a hint. Even interns can set forth strategy.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
