Pros
The Hanover has made transformed itself in many ways, including improving its overall financial strength, but also as a company that attracts superior talent. I was able to develop my skills and experience considerably while there.
Cons
As with many companies, work-life balance can be a challenge here. Departments can be somewhat understaffed, creating addition weight for incumbent staff. Compensation can be somewhat depressed compared to Boston.
