      Being micro managed in the majority of departments, and promotions being based on back scratching, closet relationships, or being the flavor of the month. Abuse of loyalty, and hardwork.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
