Pros

A steady $10/hr - $11/hr pay check. (good for extra money) Easy work load Therapists are nice

Cons

Please don't be confuse by the padded good reviews. This place was horrible. The owner is horrible. As far as "it's easier to work when people care about their jobs", it certainly is, and that's part of the problem. I left after a co-worker messed up scheduling of a couples massage (by messed up I mean didn't schedule it at all) so when I get a call from the Pendry (hotel "partner") to confirm the appointments, there were no appointments and the couple wanted to come in THE NEXT DAY! When I talked to the owner, she flipped out on me like it was my fault. Mind you, I wasn't working that day. There are only about 4 receptionists and I'm pretty sure the one who "loves the owner" in the review below is the one who messed up so, sure she loves the owner because she didn't have to take real responsibility for her screw up. The favoritism is insane!

Pros

Great schedule. Amazing coworkers! Very reasonable pay. Location is great for when you have breaks; there is plenty to explore!

Cons

Sometimes parking can be tough but once you learn it, it's easier.

Pros

-Decent pay -Good location in a busy area -Most of the staff is friendly and helpful -Will just about hire anyone

Cons

-No benefits -Fight for vacations/time off -Small number of staff which creates a more toxic environment -Front desk staff and owner lacks professionalism -Little to no rule enforcement -Constantly running out of supplies and late restocking *If you're a new therapist out of school, avoid this place, you'll pick up nothing but bad habits because the therapists that have any sense either leave soon after being hired or have very sporadic, short shifts.
