Miscommunication and not being transparent can back fire on everyone else.

Great and helpful staff, flexible hours

90% of the staff is part-time, no one responds to emails in a timely manner, unorganized and chaotic. Overall, this museum has potential but they do not know their target audience and their management is all new and just doesn't have their stuff together.
