      Work here for the mission, the community, the lifelong friendships. Paid time off is not bad after your second year. Insurance is reasonable and accommodating.

      The pay is on the low end but some reparations have been made recently.

      Disorganized management and constant changes. Poor pay and long hours. CEO and administration making lots of money while front line staff making the minimum.
