      No weekends except 1 Saturday per year for the back to school drive

      Cons

      You are expected to work very long hours. The average provider stays one to two hours after seeing patients charting or does charts at home. Many providers chart over the weekend. You are on call 5 to 7 times a month with no additional pay. very little work life balance. This is why many providers are part-time here.

      Disorganized management and constant changes. Poor pay and long hours. CEO and administration making lots of money while front line staff making the minimum.
