I get paid 14.00 an hour. A coworker (who has been at the company for 10 years) makes the same as I do. Also, the manager hired an external lead server at 16.00. The new lead makes more than us. I have been at the company for years, and this is how I get treated. Management is racist, homophobic, ableist, and ignorant. The boss' kid vapes around food, asks ignorant, personal questions, and the staff discusses topics ignorantly (treatment of women, homophobia, racism, etc.) One owner has yelled at me on multiple occasions. Another owner backs up his family and yells at black employees, but not white ones. One owner is the only decent owner I have came in contact with. Given the family history, I do not recommend working here at all.
