Hitmen has a fun, positive work environment. I worked here for 5 years then left for 6 months when I was offered a position at another company. After that short period of time being gone I decided to go back to hitmen and I have been back now for over a year. They welcomed me with open arms and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go back. This company is really like one big family, and they strive hard to make sure employees feel appreciated and heard. The owners have an open door policy and you are welcome to go in and discuss any concerns or suggestions with them at any time. I am also a single mother and at times need short periods of time off of work so I can be there for my son and my requests are never questioned or denied. This company takes good care of the people that work for them and their family's. They show this by doing things like summer picnics, Christmas parties, and Christmas bonuses! Thank you Hitmen for all you do!
