Pros
Working with co-workers you like and get a long with is nice. Hour lunches are nice if you are able to.
Cons
No overtime, unless approved even if you have to work over. Threats from upper management. Unprofessional environment. Hypocrisy in the workplace I.e. they hire their friends like people with felony charges but don’t allow chances to anyone they don’t know to apply with a criminal background. Don’t have lunches on busy days. Harass you or fire you if you have family emergency or want to take vacation time without PTO. Little to no PTO is accrued because they will take it out if they feel like your missing an hour on your paycheck. Promotions are offered to people they like, not on work ethics. Policies change on a weekly or monthly basis, and contradict themselves. Low pay, they low ball you.
