      Meeting the service users was the only good thing about it

      Cons

      Where do I start! Bullied by directors, senior management, you get NO SUPPORT from no one! Office staff took the brunt of the blame from carers! I got diagnosed with cancer had no support instead they sack me!!! Disgusting company totally disrespectful the owner of the company only thinks about profit and money. And to top it off when you make a complaint about a manager your out!

      Paid accurately by using a shift you clock in and out of. All hours accounted for.

      Cons

      Not great travel time between calls, if covering calls, you give an inch and they take a mile.

      The office staff are lazy & dreadful. Don’t care about your well being, rude and only nice/polite when they need something from you
