Pros
The pay is good, and the workload is manageable for some of the favored staff.
Cons
The leadership team at the secondary school is really toxic and goes after people when they feel threatened. Because of this, many great teachers have left, and the ones who stayed just try to keep a low profile. The deputy is losing her grip and seems to enjoy making everyone miserable.
