Pros
People at the company are great
Cons
If you're good at pretending things are going well, you'll do great here. But behind the dog and pony show, it's messy.
When customers complain repeatedly, that's the only time anything might change. But it'll be hell for the team. Which is a great way to value employees.
The company values also encourage people to do more than they should for no additional $. The core values are: Excellence, Grit, Get It Done Mindset, Positivity, Invested and Coachable. You'll be reviewed on these quarterly with your manager.
I'm curious how each of these are judged fairly and equally across the company. Is that even possible?
Some might say thats just small business or startup culture, but at what point is that an excuse... Just sayin
