Pros
I liked the location, it is relatively close to my home. The people working there were nice except for one overbearing lady who thought she was my manager....
Cons
Noone made any commission last year. I should have demanded the offer in writing before leaving my last job- there was information not mentioned in the interview that would have changed my mind. The office is old, and needs to be remodeled. The sales staff seems to have limited ambition, no enthusiasm, and are not willing to evaluate new ideas that can save them money. Also, the sales staff has to check in and check out everyday which means less time in front of the customer. Limited commission opportunities.
