They don't pay - Consultant The Insight Shop Employee Review

Absolutely none. This company is a scam.

I was contracted to complete a research survey for the Insights Shop through a secondary company and completed the work in June- was supposed to receive payment within 2 weeks, which then turned into "the payments will be disbursed in the first week of August" and no one has been paid for any of this yet (September now). They will no longer answer emails and the phone number we were given is not in service. Legal action is being pursued against this company to get payment for all of the survey participants. Avoid them at all costs!!

There aren't any. This place is an utter disaster.

I don't have the energy but it took, on average, four months for this place to pay me for the work I completed, and the last two payments were only made after they received a letter from my attorney. They constantly had ridiculous reasons why payment wasn't being made, they rarely responded to questions about payments and NO ONE answers their phone which, for some reason, is in Delaware. God knows where they're actually located but everyone I dealt with is foreign. The shadiest operation ever. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!
